Why we process returns through our international warehouse
To optimize our logistics and promote sustainability, all returns are processed through our warehouse in China. This allows us to handle returns more efficiently, reduce waste, and arrange refunds or exchanges faster – ensuring you receive the best possible service.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? No problem! Send an email to contact@studionuelle.com and let us know which item you’d like in exchange. If the desired product is in stock, we’ll ship it as soon as we receive your return.
Conditions for Returns
• You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item.
• Items must be undamaged, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
